On Tuesday, 10th June, we hosted our Celebration of Success event at Conway Mill, honouring the incredible achievements of our Class of 2025. It was a privilege to mark this significant milestone surrounded by trainees, staff, and supporters of Workforce Training Services.
We were delighted to welcome Olympic medalist Aidan Walsh as our guest speaker. Aidan, a former Workforce trainee, shared his inspiring journey, reflecting on how the right support can shape your path to success. He spoke with heartfelt gratitude for his mentor at Workforce, Barry McCafferty, whose guidance was instrumental during some of his most challenging times. Aidan's words were a powerful reminder of the difference mentorship and encouragement can make in achieving one's goals.
