A Fantastic Residential Adventure at Lusty Beg Island
This May, two groups of students enjoyed an unforgettable two-night residential trip to the beautiful Lusty Beg Island in County Fermanagh.
The annual rewards trip is a well-earned opportunity for students to unwind, have fun, and celebrate all of their hard work and achievements throughout the year. After arriving on the island, each group settled in with a delicious meal before taking in the stunning scenery on a cycle around the island.
The excitement really began on Day Two, with students making the most of the glorious Fermanagh weather. The action-packed day included archery, kayaking, water biking, air rifle shooting, and an exhilarating Rib boat trip across the water to the breathtaking Inish Davar Island.
There was no shortage of energy, enthusiasm, and laughter throughout the trip. After a busy day of activities, students enjoyed some well-deserved relaxation time in the indoor pool before sitting down together for dinner.
Throughout both residentials, the students were a true credit to themselves, their families, and Workforce. From strengthening friendships and supporting one another during activities to creating lasting memories together, the trips were filled with teamwork, confidence-building, and plenty of fun along the way.
With fantastic activities, amazing food, beautiful surroundings, and even sunshine on our side, this year’s Lusty Beg residentials were truly first class from beginning to end.
